Chef and owner. After training in renowned kitchens such as Enigma, Tickets, and Noma, he decided to bring his dream to life: UMA!
Luigi
Chef and Owner.
He trained in Rome, first at Casa Coppelle and later at the restaurant Imago. He is the driving force and backbone behind UMA.
